I also decided each character should get 1 re-roll. Whatever job/ability corresponds to the number is the job/ability I'm going to assign to each of my party members. If I happen to get something like Summoner/Summoner, I'll re-roll. Also, as far as each character's secondary skillset, I'm just going to reuse the jobs' numerical values.
Then I'm going to use this website to choose a number for me. I've assigned a numerical value to each job class, reaction ability, support ability, and movement ability. But instead of choosing each of my jobs, abilities, etc., this time I'm going to have everything be chosen for me at random for each of my 5 main party members.
So I've decided I'm going to start a new game of FFT.
